Niema Varone is a results-driven licensed Real Estate agent serving the unique needs of sellers and buyers and has quickly become a trusted advisor for clients looking to purchase, transition properties, or relocate to the Dallas, Texas area.

Niema’s journey into real estate began early in her career at Empire State Realty Trust, a NYC REIT and owner of the Empire State Building. She credits this experience and her journey into residential real estate almost two decades later as a full-circle moment. She recently spent 10 years in Finance serving in various roles in Marketing & Communications where she supported executive communications, project-led multi-million dollar integrated campaigns, operations, and more.

With a wealth of experience working in Fortune 250 companies, Niema has extended this highest level of discretion and professionalism to helping her clients navigate transactions and negotiations that lead to solution-oriented outcomes.

Niema relocated to Dallas from New York City with her daughter and is committed to making a positive impact both in business and in the community. She currently serves on the Board of the Allen High School Track & Field Booster Club and dedicates her philanthropy efforts to the North Texas Food Bank and Feed My Starving Children.
