Frisco Station is a new kind of mixed-use development built from the ground up using a next-generation telecommunications platform to enable real-time connectivity through each of the three foundational pillars: Smart, Creative, and Healthy. The Towers
Situated on the northwest quadrant of the Dallas North Tollway between Warren Parkway and John Hickman Parkway, The Towers district will include a Class AA speculative office, an upscale hotel, a national retailer, and at least four fine dining options.
Walkable to the Dallas Cowboys world headquarters, plans include up to five office buildings, which could total up to 3 million square feet. Pickle and Social, Frisco Station’s first entertainment venue, is already in the pre-construction phase in the district. The dual-concept destination will be paired with Fairway Social, a one-of-a-kind experience with simulators that feature 130 golf courses.
The Offices
The Offices at Frisco Station is a place where talent will want to work, and where businesses come to thrive. The Office District is specifically designed to give your company a competitive advantage by providing a smart, creative, and healthy destination that fosters productivity.
Completed in December 2017, Office One at Frisco Station offers seven stories and 228,000 square feet of Class A office space. It features impeccable interior finishes, structured parking, a fitness center, a conference center, and a robust communications and power infrastructure.

To continue meeting the growing demand of the region, Office Three at Frisco Station broke ground in January 2020 and is a fully amenitized, six-story, 210,000-square-foot building. The office building is the third of five planned office buildings for the development’s corporate district.
